XMAS DELIVERY (UK Customers only) - For 2nd class post last recommended posting date is Saturday 19th December.
For 1st class post last recommended posting date is Monday 21st December.

For all our non-UK customers our normal delivery charges based on the weight of your order and packaging costs remain.
Your goods are normally sent by Royal Mail Second class signed for. When delivering to non-U.K. addresses parcels are usually sent 'tracked and signed'. U.K orders will normally be delivered within 5 to 7 working days - please bear in mind that delays may happen due to circumstances which are outside of our control e.g. Holiday periods such as Christmas or periods of high demand such as the start of the Autumn school term.

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE
We can also deliver to most countries abroad and again, postage is calculated based on the weight and destination of each order and our system is set up to calculate this as necessary at checking out on your order. All our international orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For. Our delivery schedule varies for European and Non European countries - some deliveries can take up 28 days depending on the destination.
If any items are out of stock we will either refund you straight away for the relevant portion of the order or advise you of it's expected delivery date. Alternatively we will let you know if there are any more options available so you can advise us what action you wish to be taken.
If your Delivery has not arrived
As we use Royal Mail, if your parcel has not been delivered to you please in the first instance check with your nearest Royal Mail Depot, as Postmen do not always leave a calling card.
Claims for non delivery of items. Customers need to wait for 15 working days from the date we posted the items until a claim for non-delivery can be raised. We do not take reponsibility for the non-delivery of your order by Royal Mail and should this occur a refund will not be forthcoming until our claim for non-delivery has been settled.
