Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods please advise us via email at orders@kulfikids.co.uk of your intentions to return them. Return the goods  unused, with any original packaging and labels attached,(gift if the item included one) and in a resalable condition, within 14 consecutive days starting from the day after receipt for a refund or exchange.We reccommend that all returned goods be accompanied by one of our returns forms to speed up your refund or exchange.

If you cancel the contract in accordance with this provision we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

Replacement goods must be ordered by placing a new order.

We do not exchange or refund on earrings.

We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Because some of our products are hand dyed and also because colour varies from computer to computer we cannot guarantee exact colour matches and therefore we do not accept colour variation as a valid reason for a refund.

Where we have provided a measurement in cms ie on our Padraig woollen slippers the sizes are approximate and may vary slighty as they are handknitted. If you require further assistance on sizing please call us.

If you wish to return any items, please use the printable returns slip, download the instructions and Returns Slip here. When completing the slip please ensure your name, address and telephone number are added to the reverse of the slip.

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. For expensive items we therefore reccommend using an insured method such as recorded delivery.

On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the item/s back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

Exchanges on Goods

Postage must be paid on any non faulty exchanges that you request. In this instance we ask that you return your items for exchange to us and on receipt we will refund you for the items returned less the intial postage charged on your order. Meanwhile you will need to place a new order online for your exchange goods. Items purchased at sale price will not be eligible for return or exchange after 14 days.

 Faulty Goods

Without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you think that your goods are faulty please advise us immediately by email at orders@kulfikids.co.uk .We cannot except a claim for faulty goods  if we are not informed within 7 days of receipt. The responsibility for checking your goods lies with the person who made the original purchase from us and not with any other named receiptent.

Please note that goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards) and therfore not be deemed "faulty" for the purposes of this procedure.

If upon receipt of your parcel it is obviosly damaged, please refuse to accept the parcel and the delivery company will return it to us.

We recommend that you get proof of postage from the Post Office. The goods are your responsibility whilst in transit to us.

On receipt of the goods and after inspection of the goods we will either:

  • accept their return and refund the price of the goods,sorry we do not refund on the postage costs unless originally we charged you postage. 

  • if the items are found not to be faulty, we will return them to you at your cost

Worn Returns.

Please note that goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards) and will therefore not be deemed "faulty" for the purposes of this procedure.

We request that you return the worn goods to us by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office for yourself. As we only refund your return postage costs if the items have developed a genuine fault. Upon our receipt we will inspect the worn items returned, if we are not able to determine the cause of the fault we will send the items off for a test report and advise you on the outcome.

If the items are found not to be faulty, we will return them to you at your cost.
